Physical Education - Fitness rooms

All students can use Fitness rooms in the gym in the time of the opening of the gym, when there is a teacher from the University present. The teacher does not have to be present to watch you, he/she may just have classes in the gym or in the mirrors room. Using the fitness rooms is not possible when the gym is used by companies only renting the rooms from the Karkonosze University of Applied Sciences.

Using the fitness rooms is free of charge.

When you want the keys to the fitness room, you neet to notify the person in the cloakroom, saying "Sala Fitness, proszę", and leave your ID card there. You can do that provided that there are classes with lecturers somewhere around the Gym. There are actually two fitness rooms, one with bicycles and running possibilities, the other one with workout equipment . It's best if you come in two people, so that you can serve the other person with assisstance, if needed.
