10:00: All students: meeting at the dormitory, main hall/conference room:

• Welcome by the Erasmus+ Institutional Co-ordinator and representatives of Karkonosze College in Jelenia Góra
• Getting to know each other
•  Polish language: basics
• ·Practical information about Internet sources of information for students in Poland and Jelenia Góra

11.00: All students: visiting the campus, Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences and Faculty of, Natural Sciences and Technology, Rectorate (possible payments of the dormitory deposits)

12:00: Going to Galeria Nowy Rynek: Fit Planeta (lunch) – please take your own zloties with you. If time: Tourist Information Centre in the Jelenia Góra Market Square

 15:00: All students and student mentors: meeting at the dormitory, main hall/conference room.

dr Meral Atici from Cukurova University, Turkey: Psychological counselling and guidance training and practice(How to support each other during your Erasmus+ adventure). 

26.09.2017, TUESDAY

10:00: meeting at the building 12. Guided tour around the trees on the campus: dr Józef Zaprucki (the dendrological route at the campus).

11:30: Visiting the Library and the Scientific Information Centre

12:00: Polish language workshop with mgr Natalia Niemotko, Career's Office, Library and the Scientific Information Centre: Seminar Room

13:00 – 14:30: free time for individual lunch

 14:30: All students and student mentors: meeting at the dormitory, main hall/conference room: COOKIES (after lunch):) 

• Filling in the official registration forms
• Preparing the timetable for individual consultations regarding the study plans at the Erasmus Coordinator’s Office

15:00: All students and student mentors: meeting at the dormitory, main hall/conference room: dr Meral Atici from Cukurova University, Turkey Qualitative research methods in education

27.09.2017, WEDNESDAY

09:30: meeting in front of the main gate at the campus

10:15: leaving from the Bus Station to Karpacz. You need to have 7 PLN change for the ticket (and another 7 PLN for going back)

11:03: getting off at the station Karpacz Bachus, walking to the Information Centre of the Karkonosze National Park – please take some sandwiches with you!

12:00 – 13:30: visiting the Information Centre of the Karkonosze National Park

13:30: going back to the centre of Karpacz, lunch –PAID BY THE KARKONOSZE COLLEGE!!!

15:00: going to the Wang church

17:02: returning by bus from the Wang church to the bus station in Jelenia Góra

28.09.2017, THURSDAY

09:00: meeting in front of the main gate at the campus

10:00: meeting at the City Office in Jelenia Góra with the representatives of the Jelenia Góra city

13:00: going for lunch (take your own funding), to the Jelenia Góra City Museum and other places of interest in Jelenia Góra

If enough time: visit to the city offices where there is registration (with your passports).

29.09.2017, FRIDAY

09:30: All students: meeting at the dormitory, main hall/conference room

 10:00 and 11:00 Visits to the Faculties and greetings by the Deans of the Faculties at the Dean’s meetings with 1^st year students. 

12:00/13:00: Polish language workshop  with mgr Natalia Niemotko, Career's Office, Library and the Scientific Information Centre: Seminar Room

13:00: Health and Safety workshop

After: Time for individual meetings with mentors: tours round the Jelenia Góra city explaining the ways to use the transport and places in which it is possible to receive support, shops, banks etc.

If enough time: visit to the city offices where there is registration (with your passports).

30.09.2017 SATURDAY, 01.10.2017 SUNDAY

Possibility go with your mentors or on your own to mountain villages Szklarska Poręba or Karpacz if there is good weather? Recommended!
